RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY – TAHKO CHALET / PNT ACTIVE OY
These reservation and cancellation terms apply to room reservations and additional products made through the websites of Tahko Chalet / PNT Active Oy (goldenresort.fi). These terms apply to individual bookings unless a specific agreement has been made. These terms do not apply to bookings made for groups of more than 10 people.
The online store is operated by Tahko Chalet / PNT Active Oy, Business ID: 2629213-6. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices.
RESERVATIONS AND CONFIRMATION
Products are booked via the online store at goldenresort.fi / https://book.goldenresort.fi or through our sales service. Only adults (18+) can make reservations. Required booking details must be provided during the reservation process. A valid email address is needed to receive a booking confirmation. By making a reservation, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of booking. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. A phone number must also be provided for check-in purposes.
MINORS STAYING VIA ONLINE RESERVATION
Only persons aged 18 or over may make purchases in Tahko Chalet / PNT Active Oy’s online store. Anyone booking accommodation or services for a minor is fully responsible for the minor and their conduct at the accommodation, regardless of whether the booker is present. If a minor is staying alone, the legal guardian must send a written consent in advance to info@goldenresort.fi. The guardian’s contact details are also required for check-in.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
You will receive a request to complete an electronic registration card on your arrival date around 12:30 PM.
Please note: your accommodation will be available from 4:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed. The hotel reserves the right to adjust the official check-in and check-out times.
All guests must be able to present a valid photo ID upon request. For safety reasons, the maximum occupancy of the accommodation may not be exceeded.
Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM (noon) on the departure day, unless otherwise agreed.
FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning is included in the accommodation price and includes vacuuming, light mopping of floors, dusting, and linen change. The customer is responsible for washing dishes, turning off electrical appliances, emptying the refrigerator, sorting and disposing of trash at the designated collection point, closing windows and doors, and leaving the accomodation in a tidy condition.
We reserve the right to invoice the customer afterwards for any additional cleaning required or for the use of special cleaning agents. Customers will also be charged for any broken or missing dishes, furniture, or other items belonging to the accommodation.
PETS AT THE HOTEL
Pets are welcome in our accommodations. A fee according to the current price list will be charged. Pets must be declared at the time of booking. The person checking in with the pet is fully responsible for the animal’s well-being, and for any damages or expenses caused by the pet to the property, the accommodation unit, or other guests. Pets must not cause disturbance to other guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes must be reported to the sales service by phone: +358 17 483 200 or by email: info@tahkochalet.fi.
We recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events. Tahko Chalet / PNT Active Oy is under no obligation to approve cancellations even with a medical certificate or other similar documentation.
RIGHT OF TAHKO CHALET / PNT ACTIVE OY TO CANCEL A RESERVATION
In the case of a force majeure or another unforeseen circumstance beyond the control of Tahko Chalet / PNT Active Oy (e.g., electrical failure, fire, or water damage), the company has the right to cancel the reservation. In such cases, the customer is entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
If payments related to the reservation are not made on time, Tahko Chalet / PNT Active Oy also reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
All customer information is processed confidentially.
OTHER TERMS
Tahko Chalet / PNT Active Oy reserves the right to change its terms and conditions. Customers are required to review the currently valid reservation and cancellation terms before booking. All customer data is processed with strict confidentiality.
The hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of vehicles or property left in them while parked on the premises.
Please always familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits, alarm buttons, and fire extinguishers.
PAYMENT METHODS
All products are paid for at the time of booking. Payment can be made through Finnish online banking services, Visa/MasterCard credit cards, or mobile payment applications.
Payment service provider
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Plc (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc appears as the recipient of the payment on your statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is a licensed payment institution. For complaints, please contact the product supplier first.
